Since I have been diagnosed with have an autoimmune disease, I have started on high dose steroids. Taking this meds and been about 27 weeks pregnant, simply means that I will possible blow up my weight and develop something called moon face.
This has meant that despite my love for all foods, I have to try to make diet changes where I can. While I realized it's pretty hard to get healthy outside of home, I have started making changes to my diet and cooking at home.
Some small ones include drinking low fat milk instead of full cream milk.
Others include reducing sodium, sugar and simple carbs significantly from my cooking. I realize now there are many ways to do this! Perhaps not so many options available outside that allow it to be done quickly.
